FAMILY COACHING

Without involvement, there is no commitment

                                               ~Stephen R Covey~

Families can enter the coaching arena at different stages depending on a variety of circumstances.  It can be that the parent has brought a child to me for coaching. As this gets underway and aspects are being dealt with, the parent might feel that they too need coaching in order to understand their child better and during this process it may come about that coaching as a family unit is needed, or vice versa.

Living with people is difficult, even if they happen to be the ones you care about most. With this in mind as a coach I appreciate that every family has its own unique struggles and family dynamic.

Managing and keeping all family members happy all the time is no easy fete. Therefore coaching sessions are designed to provide tools and techniques to resolve conflict, and gain effective communication skills by putting things into perspective and offering practical solutions.

The main aim is the re-configuration of a mutually beneficial family unit, to reach compromise and transform difficult living situations into manageable and happier ones.
